By purchasing, accessing, or using our websites, courses, e-books, communities, or related services (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

The Services are intended for business users. You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to bind yourself or your organization to these Terms.

• You’re responsible for the accuracy of registration info and for safeguarding your login.
   
• Accounts are single-user unless your order explicitly states otherwise. Do not share, resell, or transfer access without written permission.
   

Upon purchase, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the e-course/e-book for your internal business purposes.

• You may not copy, reproduce, upload, post, transmit, distribute, adapt, translate, make derivative works, or publicly display any content except as expressly permitted.
   
• Team or enterprise licenses require a separate written agreement.
   

• Prices are shown at checkout and may change at any time before purchase.
   
• You authorize us or our payment processors to charge your selected payment method for all amounts due.
   
• You’re responsible for all applicable taxes, duties, and government charges (including VAT/GST/sales tax) unless we state otherwise in writing.
   

We stand behind our products with the Money-Made Guarantee outlined in our Refund Policy. In short: if you fully implement each process and generate no revenue from the product, we’ll refund 100% of what you paid to GALXEE for that product, subject to proof and timelines stated in the Refund Policy.

• Refunds do not cover third-party costs (ad spend, software, contractors, merchant fees, etc.).
   
• If a refund is issued, your license ends and access will be removed.
   
• Outside the Guarantee, all sales of digital goods are final.
   

Content may discuss business, marketing, operations, finance, and related topics. It is educational information, not legal, financial, accounting, tax, or professional advice. Consult qualified professionals for your situation.

Your results depend on many factors outside our control, including industry, market conditions, execution quality, offer, team, and timing. We do not guarantee specific outcomes, clients, revenue, or profits beyond the Money-Made Guarantee process.

If you submit, upload, or share content (e.g., questions, homework, worksheets, testimonials, community posts), you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, and display that content to operate and improve the Services.

• You represent you own or have rights to everything you submit and that it does not infringe any third-party rights or laws.
   
• We may use anonymized or aggregated data for product improvement and marketing.
   

Do not use the Services to:

• Share or distribute our materials outside your license scope.
   
• Infringe intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights.
   
• Upload malware or attempt to access systems without authorization.
   
• Harass, spam, or disrupt communities or other users.
  We may suspend or terminate access for violations.
   

All content in the Services, including text, graphics, videos, frameworks, worksheets, code, designs, and trademarks, is owned by GALXEE or its licensors and protected by IP laws. Except for the limited license in Section 4, no rights are granted or implied.

The Services may reference or integrate third-party tools or platforms. We are not responsible for third-party services, terms, privacy practices, or performance. Your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

Any non-public course materials and other participants’ shared business information should be treated as confidential. Do not disclose or republish insights, frameworks, or private discussions without permission.

Your use of the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect personal data. By using the Services, you consent to those practices.

We may modify, update, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time. We may push updates to content to improve clarity and effectiveness. Temporary downtime may occur for maintenance or events beyond our control.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THE SERVICES WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• GALXEE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOST PROFITS/REVENUE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY.
   
• OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO GALXEE FOR THE PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT.
   

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; where prohibited, those limits will not apply, but the remainder will.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GALXEE, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Services, your content, or your breach of these Terms.

• Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of [State/Country], without regard to conflict of laws rules.
   
• Informal Resolution: Contact us first at [support@galxeebookstore.com] so we can try to resolve concerns.
   
• Arbitration: Any dispute not resolved informally shall be finally settled by binding arbitration administered by [Arbitration Body, e.g., AAA] in [City, State/Country], in English, by a single arbitrator. Judgment may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.
   
• Class Action Waiver: You and GALXEE agree to bring claims only in your individual capacities, not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative proceeding.
   
• Injunctive Relief: Nothing prevents either party from seeking injunctive or equitable relief to protect IP or confidential information in court.
   

We may suspend or terminate access at any time for violations or suspected misuse. Upon termination, all licenses end and you must cease use and delete copies of our materials, except where retention is required by law.

You consent to receive communications from us electronically and agree that all notices, disclosures, and other communications satisfy legal requirements for written notice.

You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations in connection with a merger, acquisition, asset sale, or by law.

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, labor disputes, internet or utility failures, government actions, or other force majeure events.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Effective Date” will reflect the latest version. Your continued use after changes indicates acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via reasonable means.

These Terms, together with the Refund Policy and Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and GALXEE regarding the Services. If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in full force. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
